Refund Policy

Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee

Talk2Tally offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for launch customers on the Owner Plan.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

After guided onboarding, try Talk2Tally with your Tally data for 30 days. If it cannot answer the standard supported questions for your configured Tally company, we will refund your first-year subscription.

The guarantee applies when

  • You have completed guided onboarding.
  • Your configured Tally company is accessible to the connector.
  • You are asking standard supported business questions (sales, receivables, payables, stock, GST, cash & bank, ledgers).
  • The issue is with Talk2Tally’s ability to answer those supported questions.

The guarantee does not apply when

  • Tally data is incomplete or incorrect.
  • The Tally PC or connector is unavailable when answers are needed.
  • You expect features outside the Owner Plan scope (e.g. proactive alerts, write-back, invoice creation, BI dashboards).
  • You did not complete guided onboarding.
  • You did not provide reasonable access or support for our team to troubleshoot.

How to request a refund

If Talk2Tally is not answering the standard supported questions for your configured Tally company within 30 days of guided onboarding, please reach us on WhatsApp. Our team will review the situation, attempt to resolve the issue first, and if it cannot be resolved within the guarantee window, process a refund of your first-year subscription.

Notes

  • The 30-day window starts on the day guided onboarding is completed and your first WhatsApp user is active.
  • Guided onboarding (normally ₹10,000) is included for launch customers as part of the Owner Plan; it is not invoiced or refunded separately.
  • Talk2Tally is read-only by design — no Tally data is created, modified, or deleted at any point during onboarding, use, or refund processing.
  • This policy applies to first-year Owner Plan subscriptions for launch customers. Custom plans (multi-company, CA firms, larger teams) are governed by their individual contracts.
