MobiOffice Software Innovations Private Limited (“MobiOffice”, “MobiOfficeHQ”, “we”, “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal and business information is collected, used, and protected when you use Talk2Tally (the “Service”), a product powered by the Lookato conversational intelligence platform. By using the Service you accept the practices described here.
Talk2Tally is an independent product of MobiOffice Software Innovations Private Limited. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in any way.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Service:
- Account details: name, business name, WhatsApp number, and industry you provide when booking a demo or signing up.
- WhatsApp messages: the queries you send to the Service and the responses we send back. These are processed to understand your question and generate a reply from your Tally data.
- Tally data (read-only): when you install our connector on your Windows PC, the Service reads data from Tally on demand in response to your questions. Talk2Tally never writes, edits, or deletes anything in Tally.
- Usage and diagnostic logs: timestamps, query metadata, and error logs used to operate, debug, and improve the Service.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions by reading your Tally data and replying on WhatsApp.
- To authenticate users and enforce role-based permissions you configure.
- To provide customer support and respond to requests.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your Tally data or WhatsApp messages for advertising.
How we share your data
We do not share personal or business data with third parties except:
- With your consent: when you explicitly ask us to share information (for example, forwarding an invoice to a customer on your behalf).
- Service providers: infrastructure and messaging providers (such as WhatsApp Business, cloud hosting, and language model providers) that help us deliver the Service, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Legal obligations: when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. However, no system is entirely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see below). We will delete your data within a reasonable period unless we are required by law to retain it.

- Disconnect the Talk2Tally connector from your Tally installation at any time.
